Refunds Policy

At Chiltern Sports we like to offer you complete peace of mind when purchasing goods from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations your rights to cancel an order become effective the moment you place the order with us and end 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To be eligible for a full refund the goods must be returned to us unused, in the exact condition in which they were received and in the original packaging within this 14 day period.

You will personally be responsible for the safe return and cost of postage unless the item was received damaged or deemed to be faulty. In such circumstances we the retailer can reserve the right to assess the damage/faulty goods and if necessary seek the manufacturers opinion.

We are unable to replace or offer refunds on items that have been personalised with names, numbers or initials.
