Our range of senior hockey sticks are all of composite construction; a mix of man-made materials mainly comprising of fibreglass, carbon and Kevlar.

A broad generalisation being that as the price increases, so the carbon content is greater, which generally increases the power and rigidity of the stick.

The other significant factor is the bow of the shaft. Most brands provide a standard bow, whereby the stick is bowed gently down its full length, a late bow, with the bend coming in the lower half of the shaft and an extreme late bow which has a very pronounced bow just above the head, really produced for drag flicking skills. Wooden sticks are still available, but we only supply to order given the popularity of the composite sticks.

Popular sized senior sticks are 36.5’’ or 37.5’’. 38.5’’ sticks are also available upon request.
